Unfortunately everytime I've been with anyone who goes through this drive thru there is some sort of issue. Usually it's missing food. Never so much as any reply when you say, "Thank you," but today I was told that when a wrong order was corrected by my family member going inside, that there seemed to be a language barrier.

This is now the second McDonald's I've gone to in the last week, in the Knoxville area. This is also the second time I've wasted money. McGriddles were hard as a rock and my 4 yr old couldn't even bite into it. Absolutely deplorable that you can charge almost $10 for 2 sandwiches that aren't even edible. Do better.

I went in to the store to pickup my order because I needed to talk to a manager about a previous problem that I was unable to resolve by phone or email. I just got hung up on every time I called and no one responded to the email. Ana was reasonably helpful in resolving that. But, for the order I had this time, the cashier didn’t greet me, they just walked over and looked at me until I gave them my code. Food was cold and horrible. My big Mac had 3 Patty's and 3 buns nothing else. Fry's cold. Fish sandwich cold with soggy bun. Called corporate office and they got an attitude big time.
