Good customer service and very quick, unlike the dairy queen across the street
We had a great experience at this McDonald’s! Mark provided exceptional service — he was friendly, fast, and made sure our food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was very clean, and his positive, friendly attitude really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We wish ALL McDonald's had employees like him. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond! YOU are management material sir!!
Food is always as expected at any McDonald's. This store really needs to monitor the Farragut after school crowd. Kids being so disrespectful and jumping in front of you after you order through drive through and laughing their heads off. Cars burning rubber and speeding while exiting the parking lot.
