Dine in, I was the only one up front, maybe 4-5 cars in line at the drive thru. All I ordered was a quarter pounder meal, no special instructions. I waited 20 minutes for my meal, people who came in 10 minutes after I ordered were getting their food. They messed up another order's quarter pounder.
