This McDonald has no customer service and some of the managers and cashiers are rude the quality of food is not up to standard and the staff is very slow and lackadaisical the entire staff needs a Chick-fil-A training course I will not be wasting my money here to be returned with bad service and food
I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this McDonald’s. After eating a sandwich here, I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I’ve never felt so sick, and it was clearly linked to the food I had just eaten from this location. What made the situation even worse was the response I got when I contacted the manager. I had a great experience at this McDonald’s today thanks to an incredible manager who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, kind, and clearly cared about both the customers and the staff. They personally made sure my order was correct, fresh, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was good. You don’t always expect that level of service at a fast food place, but this manager made a real difference. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, you made my day!
