they took forever making my breakfast while they were Talking there is no good customer service and they have no sense of urgency. I had to drive off after paying because I was going to be late for work. Please do better 0/10
We visited this McDonald's today for the first time in a long while. The inside has been remodeled and it looked very modern and clean. We noticed that there was no one at the counter to take orders any more and were forced to use a large touchscreen that probably eliminated a few jobs here. We could see that there were a few employees way in the back, but they were too busy to bother with the counter. This is one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to.
Horrific management ordered my food at 10:20 said that I was already there. At 10:24 and was told at 10:32. They didn't make the order. So I was basically robbed for ten dollars and 20 minutes of time.
