The 2nd drive thru lane apparently wasn't working, no sign stating that and no cone blocking it. After being there for a few minutes and see 3 other cars get served on the other lane I drove up to the window. The cashier told me she can't take my order at the window and they don't know what's going in with the 2nd lane. I asked for a manager and she told me go to the pickup window. Im currently sitting here eating lunch and there is an employee behind the counter on the phone speaking to someone about how bad the manager is. The fact that I am sitting across the restaurant and can hear their conversation is terrible. Expressing your frustration about management within earshot of customers is shocking. Not a great environment to eat your lunch.

Can’t understand anyone taking your order. All they do is mumble have a horrible attitude and ugly look on their face and it’s really hard to go back there.

I went to this McDonald's today at 10:30AM and the manager was very rude over syrup. She acted like it was coming out of her paycheck and had too much sass. She needs to check herself before someone comes inside and teaches her what respect is. Mind you, I was inconvenienced when the app allowed me to order the Carmel sundae but she claims it was unavailable and tried to say it was my fault. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. Yall do not know what customer service is
