I have never had a problem at any other McDonald’s, which makes this location’s behavior especially unacceptable. Yesterday, I placed a mobile breakfast order at 10:24 AM, the app accepted it, charged me, and confirmed it—meaning breakfast was still active and required to be honored—yet when I arrived at 10:30 AM, employees refused to make it because they “weren’t doing breakfast anymore.” That is not policy, that is laziness. Nothing worse than taking your grandson to get a kid meal who is 4 to get home and find that he got a kids meal with no prize. This is what kids look forward to. Very disappointed
It’s always clean, it’s always fresh, the customer service is always great! I’m happy this McDonalds lives in my town!
