Yall need to fix them damn receipt machines and work with your drive through workers on how to project their voices so they dont get rude with the customer when they raise their voice to ask what they said a 2nd time. Your menu is also hella misleading with what's actually included in some deals unless your drive workers are lying and saying things aren't included.
As a general rule of thumb, fast food restaurants get three stars from me. You can deduce what I think about this particular place from the star rating.
I’ve worked at fast food restaurants before, and I can tell you from personal experience that I at least TRIED to be pleasant towards customers. The workers at this drive-thru were so insufferably rude, it actually might have to be considered a talent. I made an account just so I could review this place, ‘cause it’s actually insane lmao
