Slower than a snail. Waited a while in the drive through lane just to realize that nobody was taking orders even though the line was open. Waste of time
So slow when you order coffee
SLOOOOOWWWWW. RUUUUUDDEEEEE. Took forever, couldn’t make my order after waiting, wouldn’t refund me for something I BOUGHT. Never will go here again.
Just watched much more than the average hourly wage of an employee walk out the door because literally no one would speak to or serve anyone who was inside the restaurant. Maybe pay just one person to work on the front counter? Myself, another single customer, and a family of 5 all walked out without ever being served. Also, the kiosk allowed me to add lemon to my tea but there is no lemon to be had--the guy telling me that was the only interaction that anyone had. Godspeed y'all.
