Ordered some fries and there was a dead insect at the bottom of the carton.
They gave me the wrong item, charged me more and when I called to resolve it they cut me off without resolving it. Bad customer service.
Ordered a spicy Sausage McMuffin with cheese and egg, got one with none spicy. Also mentioned no ice and got my drink with ice. I don’t think the lady at the drive through speaker understands English. There are usually two different ladies, one the black lady who is usually excellent and efficient, the other one is the Spanish lady and she does not speak too good English and does not understand people’s order.
