I ordered a mocha frappe, but what I received was essentially plain ice with no mocha flavor and no whipped cream. When I asked about it, I was told that the whipped cream was unavailable, but this was not mentioned at the time of ordering. While I was trying to clarify the issue, they closed the door instead of addressing my concern. I wasn’t given any proper explanation, alternative, or resolution.
