Ordered two frappes, they weren't added to our order even though we said it literally five times, waited until he said it was on our order and gave us a new total and pull up. Get to the window and we had to add it on. Get told to pull up to wait, which is fine. Dude comes out with 1 and 1/2 frappes with a cocky smile as if he did it on purpose. With a car full of kids and already having to wait we just pulled off. Don't waste your time or money here they literally don't care.
Manager in training was rude and no customer service skills
