Food is always wrong. They either dont follow the screen or simply dont care. Then management gives you an attitude if you come back in to get something corrected or get the item your missing.
I order 20 minutes before I leave from home and it’s never ready when I get there I always have to wait. The worst part is there’s never anyone in the front to help you gotta constantly bug or find someone. The service is extremely horrible. Worst McDonald’s in Columbus. Needs new management and better attentive workers.
