I ordered via the app for drive through. When I got there, they were closed. Truck was making a delivery. It was around 0600 a.m. I said okay, I will come back. Went back around 0815 a.m. I told the speaker person, i ordered through the app. The person at the first window asked if was a mobile order. She gave me a receipt with number 1269. This was the most INEFFICIENT and POOREST QUALITY McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. We ordered 2 McGriddles 1plain biscuit and 3 hashbrowns at 10:37am. They made us pull up cause they “just dropped the hashbrowns” and we sat for a full 25 minutes while one guy brought everyone else’s food out first. So, I call him over and advise him of the long wait and he stated that he would be back with our order. 5 more minutes go by, so I get out the car to go inside and we meet at the door with my bag of food. This morning I ordered bacon and cheese mcgriddles and a hash brown. Took the food home, worked a little bit, and went to eat about 45 minutes later. To my surprise, they added an unsolicited side of hair. Needless to say, I ended up throwing everything away. Had I eaten the sandwich in the car, I most likely would have never saw the hair. SMH
