Their mobile system is broken beware. Have had two mobile order confusions back to back. Lol
I come to this McDonald’s quite often and every time I come they either get my order wrong and don’t fix the issue or they have me wait 15 mins in their designated parking spot for an orange juice or smoothie, in which I usually have to get out my car and go inside to get. The manager never rectifies the issues when brought to her attention. They just don’t care.
I ordered 5 meals and only received 3 and one of them was wrong. When I went back to tell them I didn’t get it they said they could not give me a refund for the meals that I did not receive! Very unprofessional and everyone’s attitude was disgusting
