Terrible service. No urgency. Food takes way too long. It's easier to go down the street to the next McDonald's and get better service.
Service at McDonald's was very disappointing. I tried to use a valid app deal code for 15% off an order of $12 or more, but I was repeatedly told it wasn’t working even though it showed active in my app. At the first window I provided the code and showed it on my phone, but there was confusion and no real effort to help resolve the issue. Pure chaos at 7:30 pm. Manager said she was by herself and we would have to wait a few minutes to place the order. A customer named Dillon said he had been waiting for 30 minutes. I left at 20 minutes and had not been able to place my order. Do better.
Worst McDonald's employee's wont even fulfill an order best to just go to a different location.
I ordered a 10 piece nugget box. Waited 10 minutes, and they were luke warm and stale. They were clearly old. I was traveling and all I wanted was something easy and simple to eat on the road. Wish in one hand…
