I'm so sorry for whoever got my deluxe double QP with cheese and no ketchup. I usually check my order before I leave, but I did not this time. I can only hope they did. I got their double QP with cheese, mustard only, extra pickles, and bacon. I have mayo, and happened to have a tomato, so I fixed mine up at home with additions, but they would be hard put to remove the gooey mayo, lettuce, tomato that came with mine. Stopped by for a quick snack while driving through forest grove. Clean in and out. Friendly staff. Ordered my mobile ahead of time and food was ready when I arrived. Great team.

I ordered a huge breakfast meal from this McDonald’s on 06/27 at 10:21 am I went in at 10:45 to pick up my order that was done to find that it wasn’t there. After talking to an employee I further found out it was thrown out because I took too long to get there. I asked for a refund and she said to do it through the app which I couldn’t do since the order was marked as “finished”. Fast forward a week later I come in and ask to talk to a manager. Absolutely disgusting people working here. My elderly mother had left her phone and a worker had picked it up. She called and was told to come get her phone they found and put away. When my mother arrived. The lady either a manager or whatever. Refused to give her phone. My mother being confused got upset and demanded her phone back. They would not allow her to have it.
