Literally EVERYTIME i order a drink or a straw or extra sauces and the problem is why am i laying for items im not receiving? Your company will be reported to district and i will be emailing your manche manager soon
If there was a way to give this location a zero then I definitely would give them a zero. I’ve been here a few times and they’re always messing up the orders. Today I witnessed them arguing with a firefighter because he had cash and wanted to order with a cashier instead of the kiosk that doesn’t take cash. I got home to find a DISGUSTING long hair in my husbands burger. I had already had to turn back because they had forgotten his nuggets. They didn’t answer my calls when trying to share this feedback. This is unacceptable and I am just grossed out, do they not require hair nets anymore? probably not going back to this location ever again.
Always disappointing, this location consistently serves barely warm fries in the drive-through and always forgets something in my order. At my most recent visit, they forgot the nuggets in my McDouble meal deal, and worst of all… THERE WAS A LONG HAIR IN MY BURGER!!! This place is GROSS!
