The service here was honestly terrible. We were forced to wait in a stagnant line for nearly 15 minutes with absolutely no explanation. To make matters worse, the older woman behind the counter was incredibly hostile. Instead of politely offering an alternative, she literally told us, "I don't care, take the Coke, we don't have the drink." Unbelievably unprofessional.

The service was very disappointing. We waited almost 15 minutes, and it’s hard to tell how long the line had already been before we got there. An older employee was unnecessarily rude and told us, “I don’t care—just take the Coke. We don’t have the drink you wanted.” The interaction felt unprofessional and could have been handled much more respectfully.

I ordered a cookie tote in the drive thu and drove literally the next driveway over to my apartments. And I open the box to the cookies mostly raw and all mushed together. I take them back to the store and tried to show the manager but she just took the cookies and walked off. They remade them but it’s no different. I only got 1 whole cookie out of the box and the rest are just mushed together and arnt all the way cooked. The manager was a child and was only worried about chatting with her coworkers.
