Ordered on the app in drive through and by the time I got to the pickup window they said they were out of my items. I asked for a refund and they said they can’t do that and to “call corporate “. Seems unlikely they couldn’t help rather they didn’t want to help, and they pocketed my money. Poor unethical business practices going on at this location. Be careful using the app here!
I pre ordered, was picking up food to get out on a road trip. The fries were cold and the burger was wrong. I order ketchup only and it was loaded..
