Lady snatched my drink because she had to make it a large and told me to tell the person taking the order next time which I did. she said she got too many customers for this... it was one car behind me. She always has an attitude she should be in the grill area. Who ever was in the second window at 10:39

I honestly thought this location was having a come up. Unfortunately most of my orders are wrong. Ordered a 10pc nugget meal only had 8 nuggets and I also ordered two 6pc kids meals that have Mario toys they gave me the kid sized fries which it is supposed to be a regular small and they gave my kids baby books instead of the Mario toy they were very excited about. Def going down hill. Employees seem consistently frazzled and angry and careless.
This location is SO BAD! I hate that it’s the closest one, but I’ll be making the little extra trek to Henderson from now on. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries, and there was 1 car in front of us at the window when we ordered. They were still at the window for another 6 minutes. We were next, and waited another FIFTEEN minutes for our food at the window, which was ICE cold. How?!?!
