I don’t know how one location can be so mismanaged, but 2 out of every 3 trips here I’m given a partial order, then have to pull up and wait for the rest of it while the food I’m given dies in the bag. I get that restaurants are a hectic, busy job…but it’s not a hard job. So I can’t wrap my head around why this crew struggles so much other than the simple explanation…management is awful and the people who manage the managers must be even worse if they don’t recognize their people are that bad. Literally the nastiest McDonalds I have been to in my life. Restaurant smells horrible. McDonald’s should strip the franchise away.
The young white girl in the black shirt working at the front on 4/2/2026, was extremely loud. Everyone in the dining room could here her yelling at the employee's in the kitchen over and over. She was later observed on her cell phone while assisting customers. Bad look McDonald's!
Reviewing this location is split because the morning shift is a lot different than the night shift. Will review both separately. I almost always use the app to order, and when ordering in the morning, the order is almost always correct, complete, and fresh. If I order bagels, it’s almost guaranteed that I’m going to need to pull up and wait for my food, as opposed to getting it at the window.
