Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a food establishment. At 1:52 am. After leaving one of the local clubs (we had a designated driver) we decided to stop by and get some food. The man working the drive thru was so so rude, we ordered two meals and he verbally went "really?" AND "oh my god" in a very rude tone. It's YOUR job to take MY order, if you dont want to be working at 2am, pick a different shift. Don't be rude to me because you have to do your job. I used to really enjoy going to this McDonald’s location within the city instead of the one that’s closer to where I live however, due to the interaction I had with the cashier this evening. I tried to give the woman a compliment because I could hear the stress in her voice while speaking with customers ahead of me, especially one that was taking quite a while so instead of saying, thank you or acknowledging my compliment at all, which was that I really appreciated all their hard work and I enjoyed all the staff very much. This is a very sad mcdonald's. You have teenagers working who swear like sailors and then they have their friends hanging out in the lobby swearing like sailors in front of my one year old son. This mcdonald's needs workers who will not swear like sailors on the clock. With that being said I will not be returning. Good luck, Signed by one aggravated mama bear.
