I came through the drive through with my mobile code. I was told to move forward to the second window. I pulled up to that window and she tried to hand me a chicken sandwich. I told her that’s not what I ordered and gave her my code BX98. A manger Carmen came to the window and I showed her my phone with the code then the order details.
