I waited 30 minutes for my food, then went inside to check on it. The workers were really rude. I asked for a refund and they refused even though I didn't get my food. They said they had already given me my food, then they "found" it and it was cold
After waiting in line 10 minutes to order they left me waiting in the drive-through for over 10 minutes waiting on a big Mac and french fries. Had to go to Back to the window to remind them, I was still waiting. . Got the food it was ice cold so much for having hot french fries and waiting over 10 minutes All the employees were rude because they had forgotten to send my food out to me. Then the manager decided to try to lie her way out of it Just a note there’s so many restaurants around them. I would avoid this place.
Been waiting 15 mins over an order I made on the app. Dude beside me has waited 15 mins and hasnt even ordered yet while waiting at the counter. Never coming back. You couldn't pay me to return to this location
Waited over 45 mins for food! Im not even joking! Cooperate needs to replace the manager immediately.
