This location is really hit or miss. I feel like it depends on the staff there the day you go. This morning 7/24/25, I ordered a steak, egg and cheese Mcgriddle and a Medium hot Mocha. Simple right? No special changes made to the order I ordered it as it comes. I get a steak, egg and cheese Mcgriddle and a hot coffee with no sugar and some cream. I had to pull up to wait for the drink. I normally order an abnormal sandwich that isn't on the menu. They always accommodate me in a friendly manner without an astronomical up charge.
