Ordered in the dining area and waited 22 mins for my food, I waited so long they had to come ask me for my order again, once I finally got my food the fries weren’t even hot.

Went to this location to get me and my fiancé breakfast. At the menu speaker we asked for our meals with 4 hash browns. Then the lady on the speaker asked if that was all for us TWICE. When we got to the window we were handed our drinks and our food. Upon looking in the bag they only gave us 3 has browns and NO straws for our drinks. This is the second time this has happened. Im very disappointed with the service.
i just moved up here a couple months ago from florida, and although i could never compare florida to a place like this, i do hate the slow service at this mcdonald’s. almost every time i have come to this mcdonald’s i am there for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru alone, now i dont work for fast food or anything but i know drive thru workers have a time thing that they have to meet when someone is in their drive thru, so that makes me wonder what this store’s numbers are, i’m sure not very high. i hate coming here on my lunch ... read more
