Took almost 20 minutes just to get a cup of water there was also 3 other people waiting up to 40 minutes for their food
I've been going to this McDonald's for my 30 minute lunch break and I always order To Go from the kiosk. I stand in front of the counter/pickup window and for some reason the people working are moving AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE. I can see my ticket number. I can see the items. They are taking literally FOREVER to just put the items in the bag and hand them to me. Taking thier sweet time, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Had to return to this location 3 times to get my small order of 5 items with zero customizations corrected. 1st time they forgot the apple slices and 6 piece nugget (40% of my entire order). Had to even wait for them to bring the order out so you’d think they had plenty of time to QA it. Returned to get the items and was given a nuggets container full of loose sauce of some type?
