Has anyone ever waited almost 2 hrs at a fast food restaurant for you order???? Yea well I did! On 9/18/15 around 7:45pm I waited in the drive thru for over an hr & I couldn't drive off because I was stuck between cars. I've lived in this area for over a year & EVERY time I go to the store they ALWAYS manage to mess up my order. Once I get up to the window the girl tries to hand me the wrong order...she had given the car in front of me my order. So therefore I wait at the window another 20 mins. food doesn't taste great or even real for that matter. service sucks and appears to be a very dirty facility. Took my younger brother to play in their play center and he got a cold right afterwards! Clearly they do not disinfect or clean.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and I received a burnt chicken it was hard as a rock and when I tried calling the phone was busy I'm very unhappy
