Nice & friendly establishment recommended,
Horrible customer service..People waiting in line, the employees just walking past us ignoring us..waited at least 10 min to order my food while everyone is walking past and ignoring..had to call someone to help, then when I got my order no condiments, no napkins..had to go back again and wait another 5 min to get the sauces( which they ask what you want ) tables dirty, floors dirty, restrooms dirty...if I was by myself I wouldn't care, but I brought my family..this is ridiculous
1. Missing items on orders 2. Coffe machine often broken 3. Employees need more order
This by far the worst McDonald’s in Harlingen. This is the last time I’m visiting this location. They always get the order wrong. And why because they push the order off the screen to show it was completed sooner than it was and they leave you out to dry. Horrible experiences this was the last straw.
