I will advise anyone to avoid this unit for a while. When someone "cannot find my mobile order", then to find it and still manage to screw up the order.. Yes that is upsetting when I am hungry. How it is possible to screw up at 2pm in the afternoon is shocking. Today, this store gets the Epic Fail Award.
absolutely terrible service. from the guy at the window giving food. he forgot to give me a lrg dr pepper and then i sat there for 5 mins waiting for them to open the door and the didnt. when he finally did open the door, he didnt ask why i was still there and what the problem was and just handed me the next guy in lines drink. i didnt realize til i drove off cause i thought he had connected the dots already. food was solid but that kid at the window needs to pay more attention.
Worst, I asked for two strawberry shake and he brought me one vanilla and other one strawberry and he said we are out of strawberry Cold spicy chicken sandwich
