1 visit! 1 manager! I enjoy going to McDonalds with my kids, but this time was a horrible experience! 2 big breakfast meals were messed up ( actual hair in the food ) Called and the young lady ( manager ) she said they will replace meals. I said it will be a couple days before I can come back. She said was fine.... Came back and when I went to replace the 2 meals ( totalling less than 15 dollars ) was told by the now manager ANA BELL no one wrote this down and we will replace only 1...... Never a great experience at this location. Must be over worked and poorly paid. Having some customer service skills would go a long way- but doesn’t seem to be a priority.

I placed a Mobile order 35 min before close at 11. Showed up at 10:50 pm to receive my food and wasn’t greeted at the meeting window. Drove up to the window where you are suppose to RECEIVE food and the very rude lady ( worker who acknowledged me NUMEROUS TIMES ) refused to come up to me until 11 a clock when they closed. She open the window to tell me that they were closed and refused to give me the food I paid for and refused to help me with a refund. HORRIBLE SERICE ESPECIALLY THE LADY WHO DRIVES THE WHITE JEEP WRANGLER.
