This used to be one of the best McDonald's to go to including in the city of Fort Smith but not anymore. Foods always missing from your orders orders are always wrong or they don't have the proper equipment to make the food that you ordered. Example you order a shake you'll watch them in there with a plastic spoon stirring the syrup into the ice cream instead of mixing it in a shake machine another example the toaster is always down so you can never get a sausage McMuffin from this place.
