This place has been home to some of the worst service of all time for at least 3 years now, and id try to explain it but its something completely different every time. Im pretty sure everyone in that building is only pretending to work there. Drinks are always wrong, sizes are always wrong, youll never get any sauces, (or straws when its delivery) and theyll argue with you about what you ordered when they get it wrong. They advertise the Grinch meals but they aren’t available because they “don’t have the Grinch boxes.”
Fast and Friendly Service, Great selections..They was streamlining a lot of orders, especially the pickup orders.had the McGridle sandwich. Pretty awesome.
Came tonight at 430, ordered one meal and one happy meal inside.. did not get my food until 510………. And inside none of the staff was communicating to each other, I think the manager was the guy in the purple shirt, was not leading his team or directing the staff to do anything… everyone just seemed to be in the way of each other and no food was coming out the kitchen
Why is it so hard to make sure everything that’s ordered is out in the bag? Read the receipt, put the item in the bag. It’s not hard. 99% of the time stuff is missing everytime I order from this place. Figure it out.
