Food is as expected for McDonalds and takes forever. That’s not the issue though - that’s just McDonalds. This place is filthy. The trash cans are overflowing and there is dirt and sticky spills throughout the restaurant as well as assorted trash on the ground. Worse, ladies room was downright disgusting. All of the trash cans are overflowing, and the restroom smells sickeningly strong of feminine hygiene products that are rotting in their own moisture. Myself and 3 friends stopped here on a trip to Maryland. We all ordered and one by one they all got their food. I was waiting for mine for over 30 minutes. I had to check in with the desk once just to ensure that they got my order and receive my receipt. Then I had to check in a second time with another employee, just to still wait an additional 10 minutes. Overall the management staff has no idea what’s going on, and were no help.
Really slow service, drive thru and walk in.
Order in, still took them a hour to prepare food. Could hear them saying they get paid by the hour. Unreal.
