Ordered 5 meals for my family, when I went in after waiting for 7 minutes in their forward parking space in my car, I walked in to see if my order was ready. The manager on the floor was Misty, when I tried to speak to her as to why I was told to pull forward for 3 minutes for fresh fries and waited 7 and still got cold ones I was met with her rolling her eyes and acting rude. Among the best of the McDonald's amidst all the other crappy ones out there. I'll attribute this to the region and its people hereabouts.
I really felt like it was a burden that I was there to buy food. Too many employees standing around talking about how angry their customers were instead of helping give a decent experience. Management is responsible for the complete disarray of the restaurant. Zero communication skills. I do not recommend this McDonald's.
