I am not a McDonald's fan, but I had to make a quick stop for family. Food was fresh, hot, and made to order.
Placed my order at 11:58 am. Was told to move to parking spot 4 to wait on it. Waited until 12:30 pm and one staff member came out to see why I was just sitting there. He took my receipt and went back in. I did not get my food and leave until 12:50 pm. The terrible service at this place is insane. It seems every time I or my husband has been there in the last few months there has been some kind of issue. And the management is probably the rudest people I’ve ever seen in customer service. They are super slow have hardly anyone working and the lady inside doesn’t know which lane to pick on drive thru and skips people leaving them waiting for their order to be took while people in the other drive thru proceed
Waited in line for breakfast with a family of 4…from 4:50am until 5:10am after the manager told us they opened at 5am And still no one took our order
