The person at the drive thru at 1pm on 4/23 gives off the vibe that she absolutely hates her job.. Maybe not the person you want in that role.
Absolutely horrible service. Used the mobile app to order a large caramel frappe. Arrived at the drive thru at 12:17, was asked to pull up to wait. At 12:25, an employee asked what I was waiting for. At 12:40, another asked the same thing. At 12:56, someone brought out a large mocha frappe.
