my fiance and I ordered food through doordash. we got a notification saying our order was canceled by McDonald's. we got no email saying why even though it said we did. so we called. it took three times for them to answer and when they finally did, the person who answered hung up on my fiance mid sentence. i proceeded to call them and they FORWARDED my call. im usually a very calm individual but this really upset me. no sort of talk about a refund, terrible customer service, and overall just rude and disrespectful.
Old man yelled at me for correcting him on my large iced coffee he made as small instead of large after I showed him my receipt. I was completely respectful the entire time
