We did take out so I can't tell you about the atmosphere
Pulled up to the drive thru ordered milkshakes from the menu, pulled up to the first window paid and got receipt, pulled to second window was told they don't have milkshakes and if I want to switch for different items. Was told to pull up and wait for refund, waited 15 minutes. Nobody came, I'm in a wheel chair, gf went in and they magically had milkshakes.
08/31/2025- Still can't get an order correct. Ordered a KIDS MEAL, extra fries, sanrio toy. Didn't get extra fries, didn't get sanrio toy & instead gave me apples 2 days PAST the sell by date. Had to call corporate because these people never answer the phone to take complaints yet claim on their inside message board, that they are 99% or whatever accurate. Its lies!
