Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 fries and a sandwich. At least 8 cars behind got their food and drove away. And then the person giving us the food didn't even apologize for the wait.
I always stop in once a week for breakfast on my morning commute to work. As someone who used to work for McDonald’s (a while ago lol) the environment in the kitchen tells you everything you need to know about how the place is ran. And in the kitchen they’re always very professional and positive. No yelling, screaming, or stressing which makes the customer’s experience much better.
