I ordered curbside from the app and waited 20 minutes but food never came. Inside was chaotic and though I was charged I could never get food. I messaged through the app to get a refund and after a week and 8 rounds of back and forth emails I still haven’t gotten a refund. They do not deny what happened and offer coupons. Now I am expected to call them. Not the service or resolution I expected. My time is worth more than the $8.

I usually go to this location, I will stop coming here. not long ago I placed a mobile order (not this week). As someone who works at a mcdonalds myself I would never do this whatsoever. I go inside to pick up my INSIDE ORDER. I have the code and the name, they start saying there is no order, so I'm thinking maybe I placed it for drive thru on accident I asked if they could check on the POS, they said they couldn't find anything. This location is scamming people. My total was $4.02 for a Mcchicken & large drink. I had cash and gave the cashier $4. She said I still owed .02. That's not how the rounding system works! Now if my total had been $4.03 and I gave $4.05, they wouldn't have given me my change! I even stopped and informed the manager about it and even she wasn't sure how it works...Seems to be a pattern for McDs.
