I ordered a caramel sundae from this location just now got home was eating it and ended up having a star shaped earring in it ! I tried calling the location and no answer ! this is very unsanitary and disgusting !
Staff are always rude, they screw up, you ask for it fixed and all you get is rolling eyes and scoffs. I placed an order for pick up in store because I literally live 2 blocks away, no point in driving. Lobby says open till 10pm , has the lobby locked at 8pm and refuses to let me in to pick up or even give us our food. Have no way to even get a refund on top of all that.
