I went through drive thru, my order wasn’t on screen so I got to window and asked him to repeat it. Sure enough, it was missing a drink as I suspected bc he was in a hurry. The next window, the lady seemed so confused telling me this wasn’t my order. I explained it was definitely my order and I was just waiting on a frappe. Gng done gave me a sprite but its jst some carbonated water
My friend and I ordered he was done eating half hour later they still didn't bring out my food then when they try to give it to me it was cold sloppy management
