Actually never been in ANY fast food restaurant, McDonald's or otherwise, that was so well kept up, so clean, and with staff that were all customer service oriented. I interacted with 3 different staff members who went above and beyond to help me out. Fantastic job y'all
The manager was extremely rude at the Abilene KS McDonald’s. She literally yelled at me across the restaurant in front of all the customers. Could have nicely asked me but instead was so very rude and shouted. I was traveling and stopped in but will never stop at that McDonald’s again.
I just wanted to give a special shoutout to front register worker Dallas! Truly a cool guy with an amazing personality. He chose to give 1 customer a positive experience and that translates. Thank you Dallas!
