Night service is horrendously slow. Girl working window has extremely annoyed attitude. I understand they are understaffed, but you literally messed up our order, so why do you look so fed up when you gave me the wrong item and I politely asked you to change it???? She had a completely dead face, eyes were dead, it looked like she was being held hostage. She didn’t even say a word either. This was my first successful Uber Eats order! The food from this McDonald’s location was fresh and delicious, and it arrived right on time.
Sunday morning service was absolutely excellent. They were incredibly busy on Sunday morning as well. Accuracy was perfect. Monday-Friday service is alright. I prefer going on Sunday mornings even when I cannot get a seat.
They were so rude and nonchalant. Worker were busy either on their phones or talking away while I sat by the windows waiting in the rain. I had to honk my car twice before someone with no manners came to the windows to take my order. Tonight was very annoying. I am so pissed. I can never recommend this location.
Worker at 12:30am was terrible. Kept interrupting us saying 2nd window please in the middle of our order, then went silent for 5 minutes coming back to us forgetting the entire order. As we ask her to repeat our order to us at the end, she repeats our exact order thats correct then proceeds to give us the complete wrong sandwich, drinks, and missing an item.
