Probably one of the worst McDonald’s that I’ve been to. Let’s start with the food being cold as it was handed out to me as of my order was a problem. When I went to say something, the guy didn’t even respond and walked away. Ordered a coffee with my meal but had no Splenda in the store, couldn’t even give me cream. So when I asked for OJ, was told they did not have any. What?? To top it all off absolutely no personality from any of the staff at all.
Whatever female was working today (October 5th at 3:10am) needs to be fired immediately. My girlfriend and I have been driving for hours and wanted to stop for an iced coffee and just had one of the absolute worst experiences at a fast food restaurant we have ever had. To the point we just drove off and said nevermind and they still proceeded to be super rude.. 0/10 will never stop here ever again
The food was fresh but the service was stale. They messed up my order in the Drive-Thru and when I went in to ask them if I could have the right thing. The lady looked at me, took my sandwich and walked away without saying anything. Then she came back with a different sandwich in a bag. Handed it to me. Turned around and walked away without saying anything. Pretty great experience
