We did a mobile pickup order through the drive thru- the hash browns were very fresh and well cooked, however, the English muffins were rock hard and cold. Upon returning to replace the sandwich I asked to speak with a manger. While the person at the window walked away to find the manager, the lady who had been standing right beside the first one walked up to the window and just stared at me.
