We were visiting Columbus for the day and stopped in to this restaurant for lunch. Upon looking at the menu, we decided to order off the Value Meal menu and the cashier proceeded to process that order after explaining what the Daily Double (double burger with lettuce) Meal was. I told her that I wanted that meal and she walked away to talk to another female employee who then approached the counter, very rudely, to state that the Daily Double was NOT a meal but that I could purchase the items separately to create a meal! The food has gone downhill, the customer service that was once so great is gone. The most odd is when you place a mobile order, they tell you it has been canceled or that the order was sent to another restaurant. Even when you have a receipt, the app confirms the locatjon and your bank shows the transaction. I wonder if they are keeping that money somehow? The scariest of all is that anytime you mention a problem they blame it on how the US treats Hispanics. I wonder what is being done to the food out of spite. I would find ... read more
