They turn down a service dog that help me for my medication
I had to cancel my DoorDash order because there wasent a driver and they would not let me pick up my own food. The place is absolutely disgusting. Worst McDonald’s in southern IL
I have been continuously let down by this location of mcdonalds. We requested fresh Mc chickens and they said they just put some down. Open my sandwich and take a bite and it is literally an old reheated Mc chicken. Disgusting. Today we go and order our food. Waited in the drive thru and then when they brought out our food they didnt have my daughters happy meal or my husbands medium fry. Dude went back in to get it and after about 5 minutes my husband went to go get the happy meal himself and found the employee just hanging... read more
Case Dierkes messed up my order and was very very rude to me, what's the point of going through the drive-thru if I can't even get my food on time. I was on a time crunch and they took so long for my food and I honestly just ruined the whole vibe of the day. 0/0 recommend
This place is scaming doordash drivers. Clearing orders out and claiming they dont do them. Drivers are loseing $ to them! If you are a gig worker avoid these loses!
