Extremely salty fries, non-edible. So salty that you can't call this a mistake. I wish I could return 30 miles back and not just ask for refund but watch them eat, and I assure you they will never do this again after eating 2 large, extremely salty fries and 2 extra kids fries. The order took quite a while, too. Order #QZ64, 07/01/2025, 7:49pm. I would appreciate the refund.
If you have a thick accent, they don't even try to understand you
I went through the drive thru. Placed my order. I pulled to the window. They pulled us up because the food wasn't ready yet. That's no problem. About 5 minutes later. They bring my food to my car. The fries were luke warm. The McChicken sandwich was just warm. So my problem is. They pulled me because they said the order was gonna take a few minutes. Those fries and McChicken should have been piping hot. Not just luke warm. They did however give me 3 cookies for the wait.
