Service was slow. WAY too much sauce put on the Big Mac (so much that I had to request a fork to eat it...it was soggy with sauce!).
People aren't friendly but still not rude and food is the same as it's been for years then need new stuff
I just needed the restroom. It was riddled with flies. I shan't give details as to why. Your first guess is probably right. I like to think this is not normal. But it was around 6pm... dinner time.
