Very disappointed . I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could.
Super rude manger I think she was Indian. I placed an online order and I went in and they said I had to go through the drive thru for it but I said I can’t because i’m late for work so then she sits there trying to argue with me. Then she says I didn’t pay for it so I showed her that it was paid for and then got my food. She started talking to a co worker in front of me and said some very rude things. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Mcdonald’s. Worst experience i’m going to be reporting this to corporate.
I always find it hypocritical. To over hear a manager disciplining/ belittling there employee for something minor about how “that is not good customer service” That is not the tone you take with anyone, yet alone someone who works for you. And if ya want to provide good customer service don’t speak that way in ear shot of your customers. Take them to your office and have an actual conversation like a respectful human being, instead of snapping at them in the moment because your in a bad mood.
