No one around to take order, order kiosk not working. Had to order online, got wrong size drink and forgot to give sauces.
The food here is good, but the service is lacking. I made a request to put some tomato on my biscuit and I was told no. After I asked the cashier I was told because the cook didn’t want to do that.
If I could give a 0 today I would! Ordered food through my app, had someone go pick it up for me because I couldn't leave my job. They refused to give it to the person because my phone wasn't with him. I had to go and get it because I didn't want to cancel it. Get there and the old man in there got nasty with me and said that it was in the app stating that I had to have the phone with the app on it with me. It doesn't say shit about you having to take your phone with you to pick up food after ordering it on the app!
