Ordered at machine and brought table number to table. 15 minutes later still nothing. Employee pointed out It was sitting at the Delivery Pickup counter. What's the point of the machine and table numbers then?
Best customer service from a drive thru experience I've had from any McDonald's in a long, long,long time!!! Stopped in drive thru on our way to a concert (we're from out of town)Alexis (I believe that was her name)was very polite, courteous and friendly when taking my order! She even suggested a $1 vanilla cone which I don't think has ever been suggested to me before! Most times the ice cream isn't working at the McDonald's we visit back home!! Needless to say I told her because she was so nice I would buy one!!
No apologies. I love McDonald's Diet Coke. My grandkids adore the hash browns and the Fanta frozen drinks. Haters might hate, but McDonald's has some items that cannot be beat.
We had a big order and it was all correct when we got it.
