Expensive and employees don't really care
So...I was in the drive-thru last night behind a woman who was ordering, and I overheard the attendant on the speaker giving this customer a short attitude and not actively listening. Furthermore, I saw that she was asking who took her order when another attendant brought out her food in front of me, and I went to park nearby to eat my meal, and I saw this woman and her small son walk in.
