I went at 1:30, there were 4 staff members total, including the manager. I started out in drive thru. They pulled me forward and I waited. And kept waiting. After 20 minutes I went in. I waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, and 10 more to get 2 sandwiches. The manager told me that the GM had said to call off staff. I got back to my car and 1 of my sandwiches was wrong. Id like to give a special thanks to Valeria and her morning crew, I work nearby and come in often for a quick breakfast. The line is always fast, my food is always right, and she is always so kind at the window. Thank you for being a pleasant part of our community and excellent service!
I try to order ahead before grabbing my lunch. You either wait 20 minutes in the drive thru or when you go inside, you stand at the counter and every single worker just stares at you instead of asking what you need. Multiple people told the lady that finally came to the counter she’s been waiting 20 minutes for her food. This is McDonald’s not a 5 star restaurant !!
The only time my food is ever slightly okay is during breakfast even then they need help. Honestly the whole store needs all new staff they are all horrible.
These people aren’t lying when they say this is the WORSE McDonald’s ever. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews first.
