If I could I would put a 0 in every spot it’s ridiculous how horrible of a experience I had most of my orders took 2hrs to get ready the food was dry , cold even though I ordered early my food took way longer than my group expected the floors were greasy and disgusting with the employees literly sliding on the floor including the lounge my drink took even longer when it’s only 1 item it should take maybe 2 or 5 min max not 15 while waiting for food a nice old lady getting kicked out for requesting her food because a hr and 3... read more
If I had one word to describe this McDonald’s it would be “terrible” service pretty slow I ordered food didn’t come out for another 2hours on top of that the food was cold and tasted funny. During my time at this McDonald’s I witnessed an employee almost slip in on the floor in the back, the floors didn’t have caution wet floor signs I’m pretty sure it was the grease. Spent an hour after ordering got no food watched a lady get kick out for asking about something that the employees forgot. Employees were rude when you asked for stuff and even after getting my order they forgot my frappe and never ended up getting it.watched people after me get their orders. With 20 people waiting for their food an employee left. out of ice cream 1 star would not recommend
In today's episode of why this McDonald's is awful......I waited 13 minutes for cookies and 16 minutes for my SODAS. This is a tie for last month when I wanted 37 minutes for 3 meals. And they STILL screwed up my order. I have vowed to NEVER go here again. My favorite diet coke with no ice is not worth this emotional stress every time. I'm done.
