I wanna know WHY I waited 20 minutes for burgers to look like this. I thought quarter meat was "made fresh" it wasn't. My mocha frappe had literal ice chunks that were too big to fit in the straw, had to throw out HALF of the $5 drink. Its no surprise that this fast food chain has taken a nose dive in market, its taken a nose dive in quality. And Robert has to be the most rude individual I've met in my life. He got disrespectful for ONE question about when the holiday pies were released.
