This McDonald's seems to be struggling. Guessing it is severely understaffed. The team leader who was running the front counter was pleasant and helpful and seemed to be handling the stress well. I put in an online order with 2 items from the parking lot. I waited approximately 25 minutes to receive my order. I saw 2 customers who placed orders after me receive their food before me. You can always count on McDonald's. Good restaurant. There was one young lady working both the counter and drive through who deserves a special 7+ star rating. Alissa was the busiest most organized person I've met in a long time. And with a smile. That restaurant is lucky to have her!

Very slow
Extremely understaffed. 30 minute wait for our order. The one person we could see working was very polite but obviously stressed out. Cmon McDonald’s! 30 minutes????
