Arguably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Mobile order, asked to pulled forward to wait for fries. Waited over 20 minutes for my food and the order was still wrong. Never going back.
At this establishment they have amazing customer service and seems like they are very compassionate about their customers very happy with this place today it’s very rare to see this type of customer service that they provide I recommend this place to anyone!
They messed up our drive-thru order and the fries were not completely done.
Went through drive thru @9:30. They forgot half the order. The manager came to the window to address the situation. Explained I was missing items, she asked to see the receipt, I informed her they didn't give me one. At that point she informed me she took the order and she does not make mistakes! 😆 Iwas not offered a refund or the food that I was shorted.
Stopped in the morning at 7. Dining room completely empty ! No counter help. After waiting 10 mins, used kiosk then stood at 'pick up' location. Employee running food items out the side door asked if I'd ordered... then said my order never processed... 26 mins to get Egg McMuffins !
