Walked in used kiosk to place to go order. Two meals. Waited over 20 minutes and had to go in the back to get someone’s attention to point out that folks are waiting up front… what a joke. I understand being short staffed. If that’s the case balance someone between the window and the counter… not my first rodeo definitely theirs…
Late night crew was sloppy. They didn’t give me my drinks - I mean, my bad, I forgot to ask for them before I left, but should I have to?
Timothy hands down knows how to manage and control his environment. Best manager in the area. I travel throughout the state and haven't been this satisfied with a location in years. Thank you Tim for such great service. McDonald's hire more people like him
The chicken sandwich we ordered had zero toppings. Just dry bun and chicken. Our quarter pounder had the meat wrapper still on it. Do better, quality has gone down hill majorly.
